1. Online Return Request


1. Place return request

View your orders and choose the item/items you wish to return and raise a return request online. Please note that returns/exchange of products and credit note/refund is possible only in case of *manufacturing defects


2. Box it up

Pack the item in the original packaging (if you still have it) in case of smaller items or give us a call in case of bigger items


3. Hand over your return

Our delivery staff will dismantle the product in case of furniture and pack it up for return and issue a return receipt


4. Receive your refund

Your refund will be made to the original mode of payment in case of card payment within 4 to 8 working days from the date of receipt of item. In case of cash payment, you can send us a copy of your Aadhar Card and we’ll issue a cheque and deliver it to your doorstep.

1. Call for a pick-up
